Rion Manita, Broker
Rion, a lifelong resident of the Boston area, he brings over ten years of experience in business development and marketing, overseeing the successful development of two. He is very familiar with the public school systems, having worked in some and with other nonprofits over the years, achieving youth empowerment and community prosperity has been a longtime passion. Rion is an expert in the resources every community has to offer and takes great pride in personalized service, with precision catering to each client's unique needs and desires. With a lifelong interest in design and architecture, Rion has an eye for exceptional craftsmanship, truly enjoying being a Realtor and representing some of the most amazing people in the greater boston area. He understands the significance of moving and how these transitions in life need to be cared for, advocating for his clients ensuring absolute progress for every party involved.Rion has traveled all over the world regarding social enterprise and environment conservation, recently returning from India working with schools and social enterprise programs. He is currently the Treasurer of Beverly’s Cultural Council (a subsection of Massachusetts Cultural Council) and he has sat on the greater boston association of realtors community service committee, the international advisory board of middlesex community college, and recently finished his two year term, serving as treasurer for PHENOM, a Massachusetts nonprofit. Rion has been cited by the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the city of Lowell.
